By using Bank Statement To Excel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bank Statement To Excel converts PDF bank statements into structured formats (XLSX, CSV, JSON, QBO). We make reasonable efforts to produce accurate output but do not guarantee that every statement will convert without manual review. Always verify output before using it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

You retain all rights to files you upload. You grant us a temporary, limited licence solely to process your file and return a conversion. We delete uploaded PDFs within 24 hours. We do not use your files to train AI models and do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g. our parsing provider).

Do not upload material you do not have the right to process. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or systematically scrape the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance via LemonSqueezy. You can cancel any time; on cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Unused pages do not roll over. Refunds within 7 days of purchase if the service did not work for your bank.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Bank Statement To Excel is not a substitute for professional financial advice. We are not liable for losses arising from use of converted data.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
