Privacy Policy

• We store your email and account details to provide the service.
• Uploaded PDFs are processed and deleted within 24 hours.
• Converted outputs (XLSX/CSV) are retained while you're an active user, then deleted on account closure.
• We do not train AI on your data. We do not sell your data.

Account data: email, optional name, password hash.
Billing data: processed by LemonSqueezy; we store a customer ID and subscription metadata only.
Conversion data: filenames, page counts, detected bank, and converted outputs.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days.

To provide the conversion service, bill you for paid plans, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not use your uploaded content for any other purpose.

• Google AI (Gemini API) — processes PDF contents to extract transactions. Google's paid API does not train on your data.
• LemonSqueezy — processes payments and subscriptions.

You can download your data or request deletion at any time by contacting us. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA.
